Carpatair at Manchester

Does anyone know why a Carpatair Fokker100 was at MAN today (approx midday). Was it operating some sort of charter, or are they a regular at MAN?

I heard it was the football club, who are going to play Man City, from Romania.

Bringing Dynamo/Racing/Real Timisoara United/City/Rovers/North End FC in for the MCFC game on Thursday evening and then back out on Thursday night.

What's this, a new airline run by Cyril Lord?
Years ago, real airlines like QANTAS, Gulf Air, South African, Alitalia, MALEV,
LOT, Austrian, SPANTAX, TAP, SABENA, BOAC, Aeroflot, Iberia, Britannia, Air 2000, BEA, Cathay Pacific, etc, flew passengers to/from this Airport.
What the hell went wrong?
