Day Trips
Hello.
I enjoy my spotting days away as well as days out to various city's around the UK & Ireland. I'm off to Dublin for a day next week with Ryanair from Manchester, 49 euros return.
I've been looking at Amsterdam or Paris as I haven't been to MAN T2 for about 7 years, I always fly from T1 or T3. Prices on KLM & Air France are far to high, any ideads on where I can go for a day or 2 with an airline from T2 but with a reasonable price. KLM & Air France were each charging over £200 for return flights to their respective city's from MAN.

Thinking of going to Frankfurt for the day next week too, is the viewing deck avilable for anyone (before you go through security)? I only want to go their for spotting. If it is, then I'll be booking that tonight.
Other European airlines from T2 at MAN that you might be able to daytrip with include Czech Airlines (I think) and Cityjet (VLM). Otherwise, I think you'd be looking at "scheduled" charter flights with TOM or another smaller charter carrier.
