Saturday Morning vvvv low flying....

Probably a daft question but whilst at a certain Bushey based Garden Centre (sounds like Roots....) on Saturday morning myself (and an equally startled shop assistant) were suprised by an extremely low flying Queens Flight 146 appearing out the mist directly above us. It actually looked as if it was on a final approach to Elstree.

In fact that morning that particular jet continued to buzz my part of North London ie: Harrow constantly at a very low level, far lower in fact than I have normally seen, for at least a couple of hours.

Any suggestions as to the high (and for that matter low...) level of activity on Saturday?

It was Families Day at RAF Northolt last Saturday. Air Experience Flgihts were being conducted around the London area in BAe146, HS125 and A109 aircraft, at low levels.
