This is my first Post so go easy.
I also dont know if this is in the right section or has been mentioned before.

Im guessing this was done at Dawn in the summer so LHR wouldnt be active ??

I think they flew over Heathrow a 4.40 in the morning, it says on the video i think.

The guys that made the video are ATCO's and had pre-arranged permission with their tower associates.
