Who has the following call signs, "World" and "evelyn".

WORLD - WORLD AIRWAYS INC.

"WOA" is the ICAO, United States as the Notifying State....

"Evelyn" isn't showing up in my copy of Doc 8585

Might be 'Air Berlin', when pronounced in some german slang and spoken rapidly it very often sounds like 'Evelyn' or 'Ebelyn'.
I also heard stories that DBA pilots after the takeover by Air Berlin would use
'Evelyn' instead of 'Air Berlin'
