SWA 1031 flap warning at BWI

Southwest plane landed uneventfully at BWI after seeing a flap warning light.

Baltimore Breaking News Blog Archive Plane makes emergency landing at BWI

From the video, it looks like they came in with the flaps up. In this situation, how different is the landing procedure? Do you just come in faster and brake harder? What's the speed delta compared to a normal landing?
