G B Airways - Interview/Selection day

Has anybody got any information as to what is included during the interview/selection day.
Is it simply an interview, or are group assessments and aptitude tests part of it?

Any information would be a great help.

Group exercise observed by a fleet manager, couple of training captains and human resources. Topic : " List the top 4 qualities of a good pilot."
Next , lunch, sarnies with the above mentioned .
To conclude , an interview with one of he above, plus a HR bod.
Finally, Go home. Time 2-3 hours top.
