TTN & Fox saying Whitehouse Partial Evec due to place overhead in vialation.

No problem, although I'm sure they'll have a word with the pilot.

AP -- Airplane causes scare at White House, Capitol
Pilot was in restricted airspace, then altered course after being told...

The pilot was then escorted by other aircraft and landed at nearby Indian Head Airport...

Let's not lose sight of the fact that almost all the airspace anywhere near the capitol of the land of the free has been permanently placed off limits to much of general aviation.
