Question JAR exams/DVT

I've just sat for three hours doing a JAR Flight Planning exam. Unlike passengers on a long haul flight, I was not allowed to get up and walk around during that time.
Can I sue the JAA if I get DVT???

No, but according to another thread, 'Exam Stress' is apparently a valid excuse for running amok on a 747 over Africa.
