Moller Skycar

I've been reading an article about a new aircraft called the Moller Skycar. The photo looks a bit unlikely -it has a ducted fan at each corner. The inventor claims it will be possible to use it without a pilots licence since "it has a full autopilot system". I wonder if anyone from the CAA or FAA has a view on this...
