Errr, if I tell you, I'll have to kill you, as they say...
Try Stansted!!! Don't think it'll be too much on public display, lots of Men In Black around talking into their hands......
Liked the Ryanair advert about Obama preferring Stansted rather than the problems at Heathrow!! MOL never misses a chance!

My guess is it will position out to a USAF base, and come back when needed. No point having a high-security risk hanging around.

Watched the arrival on TV. Has that big Ryanair sign on the hangar been there long, or was it just put there (and lit) today? I've not seen it before. Mind you, I haven't flown fron STN for about three months.

When it was in Sydney for APEC it was parked a stones throw from Qantas Drive at YSSY. Certainly not well away from the public - in fact - it would have been difficult to get a spot nearer the public at that particular field.

Loved the report that Alisdair Darling plus entourage travelled to the airport on the Stansted Express. At that time of a weekday I bet there were some disgruntled pax who had to wait for the next one because, for sure, he would have taken up an entire coach. I wonder what nationality the driver was?
At £70+ per person for the round trip I wonder how much he really saved over going by car up the M11?

Back on thread I just had a thought. If they leave AF1 at Stansted (coz his nibs is off into Europe on visits quite quickly) they may well leave it in the VIP area. Driving into Stansted from the M11 you will see signs to the left for an industrial estate. Follow that road into the estate and you end up right by the fence to the VIP parking area. Should be able to get some great pix from there.
PS. I know this because this is where I get my flight meds when I'm in the UK. The last time I was there the UAE 'Royal Yacht' was parked there.
