MON heading towards DET with gear down

Anyone know what looked like a Monarch a/c was doing flying over West Malling, Kent towards Detling 14.25 GMT with gear down ? Looked like same track as Dover Departure from LHR but a lot lower.

Hope just a minor prob....

PS couldnt have been MON if on a Dover departure from LHR.

A300 turnback into LGW, unable to raise the gear.

Thanks for that. Saw the aircraft with gear down over Larkfield, but couldn't ID it.

Not sure of flt No. but was on it's way to LXR, flight now operates tomorrow.

It was. Pax now hotac'ed at LGW. Same aircraft, same problem as the return yesterday.
