I am posting this thread again as we are really in need of all the help we can get.
We are a group of Alitalia Capt's and F/O's directly involved in our compamy's first steps in the realm of multiple hub operations.
Since this is not the first time such a venture has been put into effect, would anyone please contact us with relevant information, details, facts and figures, tales of operational difficulties, solutions and suggestions of how your organisation has dealt with this complicated matter?
