Air Force One - National Geographic Documentary

Just watching the updated version of the documentary on Air Force One. Filming on the flight deck whilst landing at Tel Aviv, the flight deck crew are shown not wearing their full seat belt harness. in fact, I couldn't see the shoulder harnesses at all. Can anyone shed any light on this?

The USAF crews are not subject to civilian FAA regulations...
There are other regulations that are not applicable.
And some air force rules that are, and not required on civilian planes.

Happy contrails
