Red face St. Barts approaches-video

Here are links to a couple of video clips of the approach at St. Barthelemy. These are best seen at 56K and faster. The first is a Winair DHC-6 from underneath the final approach path. (RealVideo .rm)

The second is an Air Guadeloupe DHC-6 taken from the eastern end of the field. (Windows Streaming Media .asf)

Any comments appreciated. Thanks.

I used to fly a Piper Aztec in and out of St. Barts based out of St. Thomas in early 1991 (Virgin Air).

Never a dull moment. Truly one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The whole Island was like a movie set. Most passengers carried LV suitcases.
