Post G-BOAE or G-BOAF ??

I have been looking at the website www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and browsing through the Concorde photographs.

In most cases the photographs have one of the above remarks.

Could anyone tell me what BOAE/BOAF is and what the difference is ?

Not sure exactly what you mean but here goes:
G-BOAE and AF are just different registrations for each plane. They are identical Concordes, but each with an individual register, it just so happens that BOAE and AF are the ones in the photos you mention.

Yes the 7 BA concordes are registered G-BOAA - G-BOAG.

As it happens I've just returned home from Scotland after completing my PPL on Prestwick based PA-28, G-BOAH!

How prestigious

G-BOAC of course, standing for British Overseas Airways Corporation.
