Just seen this low flying vid on Break.com I've not seen it before, the last but one pass if really low where the a/c is below the camera. See what you all think.

Correct. Cloggy (or maybe Belgian) F-16's departing Kabul a few years ago and pulling various SAM/AAA breaks. I think the
pass is at Vlieland ranges - anyone from Leuwarden like to confirm/correct??
I assume the 'stupidity' call from softie refers to the guys on the ground.

Call me old fashioned but all these kind of shenanigans prove is the complete stupidity of the pilot.
