Looking for information about Victoria Buxton

I'm currently reviewing the qualifications of our senior administrators. Victoria Buxton worked extensively in the UK including the CAA.

Please help with the following:

• Confirmation of her claims on SA-CAA's website.
• Justifiable opinions on her efficacy as an administrator.

Vicky was the CAA Resident Examiner at the BAe Flying College in Prestwick in the early 1990s. I believe - but could be wrong - that she started her career with Cabair.
