Air France "Barcode" livery to be replaced.
This is long overdue as the current scheme has been around since 1976/1977...
let's hope the new livery will be cleaned more often than the current one..

That comment even applied to their "flagship".
Back in the early 90's my standard days work was CDG-LHR and back twice a day.
It was very noticeable the difference in cleanliness between the Conc's North and South of La Manche. I always wondered if the interior of the AF one's were as shabby as the exterior, perhaps they just applied a bit more perfume ? Hmnn. . sounds familiar . I certainly gained the impression that BA applied a little more TLC they were usually sparkling taxying out @LHR . They were also of course willing to spend the money putting the more modern (& lighter) interior in, something AF should have done too, as they suffered more with payload range on the Atlantic track. I don't think my ears have recovered yet fom opening the DV window whilst taxying on the parallel next to 27R as she took-off, the POWER of flight.
