what should we do?
We have a commercial pilot in our neighborhood that many of us believe should not be in control of a commercial aircraft. He has many anger control issues, fights with all of the neighbors, he killed one of the neighbor's trees because he does not like him, he also (very disturbing) plays imaginary games of baseball in the streets of our neighborhood. Many of us have seen him. He waits for an imaginary pitch, holding an imaginary bat from an imaginary pitcher. Takes several pitches and then swings and "connects" with an imaginary pitch. He then runs the bases (there are none) and even has imaginary arguments with a tree in his yard that must represent an ump.
He forces his family to eat the same thing nearly everyday - fajitas and fresh broccolli. He once went out in his backyard in the middle of the night, with a pellet gun, and shot into the trees trying to hit the locusts that were making so much noise.
In a nutshell - this guy, we feel, should never be in control of an aircraft and the people's lives on board. Can anything be done short of getting off of any plane he is on?

gwelsley, It sounds like this 'GURU' was flying Huey's out in Vietnam!!
Tell him you will ground him and put him in a 'SIM' if he doesn't calm down.
Saying that, That could pour more fuel on the fire.
Merry Xmas Everyone.
