LCY Evacuation

Originally came into our Control Room as a possible terrorist incident, then down graded to pepper spray activation in gents toilet, then down graded again to cleaners putting something down the big white trumpet which caused a chemical reaction. connaught Bridge closed while terminal building was vented.
