Looking at the forecast for Dublin, it looks as if it will be quite windy tomorrow, however, if the winds are within the limits for the aircraft the probability is that the flight will take place.
Most modern aircraft (turboprops and jets) have quite high crosswind limits, often above 30kts straight across the landing runway - they are designed that way so as such to enable scheduled operations to continue on windy days! It may be a little 'bumpy' on the approach but I wouldn't worry unduly, either about a cancellation or turbulence - the pilots will decide and only operate if it is safe.

Many thanks for your helpful reply. Had total faith in pilot and plane-just wondered about chances of cancellation!! Recent flight in opposite direction very bumpy but totally safe-Thank You Air South West Pilot!
