Ryanair diverts to LIRF

Italian on-line newspapers report a Ryanair flight (original route Bergamo - Roma Ciampino, probably FR9462, not sure) has diverted to Rome Fiumicino due a mulfunction of a main landing gear gauge.
160 pax on board, smooth landing at 10:25, no problem.

Then STOP reporting events that end in 'no problem'

Some pedant will post the word 'gauge' with a question mark and a sarcastic comment along the lines of; 'and what gauge will that be then?'

Gear indications are lights, green for down and locked, red for transit or unlocked, and unlit for Up.

If you translated it from the Italian, good job!

Last Tuesday I used Ryan Air from Bremen to Manchester. on the way it bypassed Leeds and Doncaster, did not bother going to its main base at Liverpool, and made the runway at Manchester on time. Very good decision by the crew to land at Manchester, as my car was parked in the multi storey car park.
Regards,
Jubilee
PS
I did not eat or drink on the flight
142 Pax on the O/B flight
160 Pax on the I/Flight.
Just thought I would add my rubbish on this post.

very specific cause

it was found that both green left main landing gear light did fail.
it is very strange since each green light has two light bulbs, one bulb is enough to light....
according to a statistic study probability that in one hour
flight ( BGY -CIA ) four bulbs become u/s is less than 1 / 10000000000000 ......
but off course in Italy everything is possible......
