BA 8040 5 August JER - LGW Diverted?

Hi

The above departed Jersey @ 17:21 and now shows on the BAA Gatwick web site as "diverted". Anybody know where it has gone and why?

There was an S.O.S going into LGW this evening, I'd guess that that caused the divert.

also called up biggin approach, they where planning on using biggin as a divert, unsure as to why
