Sunderland Airshow
Anyone attend the 'fog show' this weekend at Seaburn?
Flying over the two days comprised as the following;
Saturday - F16 above the fog did a couple of passes
Sunday - F16 above the cloud did a few passes with commentary on the tanoy + Spitfire/Hurricane Duo did a single pass. Most people at the show saw the Hurricane only.
One aircraft seen over 2 days!
Very dissapointing but we can't control the weather. I also did not get to RIAT this year after travelling down for both days.
The transport setup worked very well. The bus park operation was outstanding.

T'was quite dissapointing, heard the E-3 and a few others over the radio on Sat, turned up late this morning, fog took about two hours to clear slightly at the cliffs at Seaburn, F-16 (only because it was the pilots final airshow display) and Spitfire and Hurricane were the only planes that we saw.
Went back up to NCL at about 16:30, was pleased to see the Herc, F-16 and reds departing and a formation flypast, along with a few commercial stuff.
