Euromanx Dash 8s
Following the hurried departure of the last dash 8 from Ronaldsway to Exeter minutes before the Company ceased trading, I have been trying to discover who actually owns the two dash 8 aircrcraft? Neither were on the UK register and were not 'operated' by Euromanx who were without a UK licence. Do flybe have a finger in the pie as they previously owned both the 200 & 300 aircraft?

Flybe has no connection to these aircraft other than its maintaince facility (largest Q400 mtce provider in Europe) doing the C-check work for the lessor. Flybe offloaded all its Q300's some time ago.

FlyBe had 3 x 200 series in the British European days, G-JEDX/Y/Z, from 1999 to 2003.
OE-HBB c/n 541 was previously G-JEDX but it had a sojourn out in Hawaii with Island Air, as N541BC, BE and 3W, during 2004.
So both 3W Dash 8's had been new to BE originally.

If you were able to get up close to them, you'd see the Jersey European script under the paintwork clearly visible, plus the old JEA dark blue interior was still in place too.
Also no ownership ties to Flybe left. That is unless the checks aren't paid for.......
