05 Departures from MAN
Just wondering if there is a specific reason why departures from 05 at MAN seem to dip their starboard wing whilst climbing out just after the gear is retracted?
It's not something I've noticed until a couple of months ago, but as most seem to do it I assume it's a necessary action?

The Dept off 05L requires us to intercept the 055 radial from the MCT, as the VOR is to the side of the runway it requires a slight turn to intercept it.

Yeah it was the same when 06/24 was around. Sometimes ATC will clear the -8's / Emb145 for non standard depts hence the early left turn they get heading north.
