Santander to somewhere near exeter
If its the one Im thinking of it was an aladair, and the title I have given it speaks volumes as the aircraft ran out of fuel. Cant remember the date thogh.

Vickers Viscount crash near Exeter
It was on 12 July 1980 near Ottery St Mary. Aircraft was G-ARBY, and performed a wheels-up landing with no injuries after running out of fuel on a flight from Santander. Details on the website http://www.aaib.gov.uk/publications/...981_g_arby.cfm.
