NWA 747 Classics?

Recently saw a photo on Airliners.net of a Northwest 747-200 taken in March 2008! Do they still operate them? I'm shocked!

Two are operated for charters - N623US and N624US. 623 is in the new colours, 624 in the old "bowling ball" colours. They often operate flights down to Kuwait via Amsterdam carrying troops. Crews are drawn from the large 747-200 freighter operation.

They have been parked at YSSY for a few days now.
Can be clearly seen from Qantas Drive.
