British Airways Over the Atlantic

My friend was telling me about a BA flight over the Atlantic I believe that lost all overhead electrics however the Cheif Engineer was onboard, and he managed to fix all. I believe that was the problem. Can anyone direct me toward a link?

Thanks

(Btw I believe it was in 2002?)
