Air force 1 at EHAM?

Just saw a white 747-2 or 300 parked next to 18C at Amsterdam.. It had: United States of America written on the side and a strange bulge on top of the upper deck (radar?)

Is this Air force one or just an American government plane?

FQTV.

Either way, it a Government aircraft. And I'll try to stop the stampede of responses with this. It's only Air Force One if the President is on it.

There's several 747 aircraft that can be used as Air Force One, and there are other 747's in the fleet for Diplomatic and other purposes.
