I think that you will find that NOSIG refers to the fact that there is no significant change forecast to the existing weather, not that there is No significant weather.

Thanks all for the weather reports. As Beagle said, that was the rain in Spain. I'm closing this one now but there is a TAF from Taipei of bad weather arriving shortly.
