C-130 over downtown Reno NV? 15sep07
After leaving the Reno Air Race on Saturday 15 Sep07 observed a C-130 West of KRNO and a large military helicopter also West of KRNO over downtown at approx 1800hrs. The C-130 was doing a fair amount of maneuvers and made several passes over the area about 4-5miles West of KRNO and then landed at KRNO. Anybody got an idea what was going on?

The Nevada Air National Guard flies 130s out of Carson City I believe (been a while, so I'm rusty on this part) and I believe they've even got at least one enlisted on the Fossett search.
