Haiti twin engine Cessna Caravan !!
May be I'm Missing something, I thought Caravans have a single PT6 engine.

No They operate 208's and the referenced accident is a Caravan 208, the following link is in french (je parle francais) clearly indicates that the aircraft involved was indeed a 208.http://www.radiokiskeya.com/spip.php?article4107

Well, there is a two engined 208, albeit driving a single propeller.
