New Zealand register in EU
Hy guys, help is needed:
What issues will I be facing if after having purchased a new turbo prop from New Zealand and registered there, I will then not deregister it and register it in the UK?
Can the aircraft fly and be chartered without problems or are there limitations regarding non EU planes flying in EU?
Thanks

I believe there are at least a couple of ZK- registered PAC750XLs operating in Europe, including one with the Northwest Parachute Centre in the UK since about 2004.
I don't know what the rules are, but clearly there is a precedent.

Got it guys it's a PAC 750 XL that I would be purchasing with a UK company and then renting it out to Italy. I would keep it on the new zealand register if everything is fine rather than ending up under EASA certification. I know that all the pacs are apparently flying on the New Zealand register because even though the documentation is ready no one has yet done this registration.
