TRA Cottesmore on the 27th July

I know this is a punt in the dark, with very limited info, but was advised of a TRA centred on Cottesmore this afternoon, 6nm and 4500 feet. Anyone have an idea why this was in place? It certainly wasn't notamed so I can only surmise some kind of accident.

Probably for the RAF Cottesmore Family's Day. I think now such restrictions are RA(T) - Restricted Airspace (Temporary) as TRAs between FL195 and FL245 were introduced with the change of airspace classification on 15 Mar 07.
