Question Flying object identification please

Anyone know what the object was flying over Basingstoke, at about 5pm today(08/04)? It was travelling in an east-west direction. It looked like a very long black "sausage", which glinted in the sun. Travelling reasonably fast, went out of sight within about 20 minutes. Height? Possibly about 5k feet plus.

Plenty of aircraft over Basingstoke at that time including a helicopter doing pleasure flying; nobody reported anything unusual.

Defintely not a helicopter, some form of inflatable. When I say "reasonably fast", this means for an inflatable-type!
