Kuwaiti A300 at MAN?

Thought I saw a Kuwait Airways going in to MAN at around 19.15 local this evening.

Anyone know if it's a planned flight or a diversion? If planned, is it VIP or a standard pax charter?

Apparently it was Kuwait Govt A300C 9K-AHI. Not sure what it was doing, but came from Luton and nightstopped.
