Did you not read the comments added by viewers of the photo - it is said to be for the transport of B787 parts to the plant for final assembly.

After months the Boeing engineers still couldn't work out how Jimbo climbed in to the hot water tank!!!

From the angle in the picture it looks like the demon spawn of a 380 getting it on with a 74 ... ended up with the face of the Boeing and the body of the Airbus ....
