US VIP 737/BBJ at LHR ?

Noticed one of those shiny 737NG/BBJ thingies on the VIP ramp as we taxied down the Outer at LHR yesterday. Tiny US flag on the fin.

Any clues?


Also seemed to be a Saudi MD next to her - not in the usual spot.
