Bham?

Hi everyone, For a while I have seen the aircraft parked at Bham, facing away from the termional, flaps down etc. but it has never moved. Its not the TNT that crashed, I'm aware where that one is.
Anyone know what its doing there? why its there? From the train it looks as though its taxying to TO but obviously isn't.
