Frequencies - South East England

Does anyone know the frequecies for Airways traffic using what used to be called RED 1 Airway is? I`m really thinking of traffic heading West over the Essex area inbound to LHR.

Also i get a lot of overhead traffic heading south west all inbound to LCY, would these be using Thames Radar on 132.7 ?

Cheers
