Norwich Approach

i was on a flight from manchester to norwich when we started our decent into norwich. it was a good quick flight however as i was looking out the window i noticed we were very close to the ground.

does anyone fly this route and could tell me what height you are at when turning onto Finals, or anyone who knows the plate details for this.

Thanks
Craig

If you were landing on the westerly the 'normal' altitude is 1500' for commencement of the approach so it will look 'lower' that perhaps you are used to. I cannot recall that for the easterly runway, but Norfolk is excessively 'flat' . More typical UK altitudes are around 2500 above ground.
