Pilot training

Ok lets role play here
Lets say I put in my application for Virgin Altantic or any other major airline company and they accepted it and then I went to all there interviews and things like that and got accepted. What do they do for training? What does a average day consist of like do you have to go away and then after traingin how soon do you do your first flight?? Thanks so much in advance!!

Well if your saying what does Virgin do for sponsoship training they dont. They only accept pilots who have a ATPl. I guess the only training you would need would be a type rating.
