Air Namibia - LGW-CPT

Anyone have any experience of doing this flight via Windhoek? Any delays/service type/entertainment etc.
Planning on going in Business Class and taking our 12 week old baby.... any feedback?

(Not too much info on their website)

Cheers

No experience of this one, but if you are going after November Globespan B763 non stop from Manchester to CPT might be of interest.

Travelled to Windhoek and back in business class last year on the MD11.

Really good service. Business class was the 'old fashioned' type of bucket chair, long excellent meal service and great crew.
One strange thing was that after the meal (about midnight local time), you are expected to sleep..all lights out...then 5 hours later breakfast + wake up is compulsary.....

Exactly the same on the way back.

On the MD11 it was handheld video players, not sure on the newer 340s that operate the route today.

They are an excellent airline..

Alan... do you have accommodation fixed in CT? We can recommend a fantastic place in Constantia which was once run by an ATCO...

HD thanks - but we are staying with family/friends for a few days, before heading up the garden route again and then up to Stellenbosch.

Will definitely remember for next time though!
