BA have been using both 757s and Airbus at LGW recently - for your information.

Airbuses yes, 757 no. No LGW cabin crew are 75 trained.

LHR cabin crew have been known to fly out of LGW though - heaven forbid!

BA have been using 757s ex Gatwick on some domestic services recently due to 737 aircraft shortages. Whether LGW cabin crew were trained on the 757 or not, BA have been using the 757. I did a double-take when I drove past a BA 757 out on the ramp, but it certainly wasn't an apparition.

And with that, a move to spotters' corner is in order!

ACTUALLY.....A BA B757 has been operating MAN's out of LGW for a couple of weeks now....just a single one and with LHR crews!!!!
