Enjoying half an hour's R & R in the back garden this afternoon, and armed with binoculars for bird watching (honest!) I observed an unfamiliar B747 on a WOBUN departure. As far as I could see, between lumps of fair weather Cu, the fuselage was finished in 'natural' so to speak, it had red winglets and the top two thirds of the fin were also red. The bottom third was white.
It is years and years since I professed any proficiency in these matters so I would be grateful if anyone could satisfy my curiosity and identify the operator for me.
Thanks in advance.
