Fairford This Year - 1 US Flyer???

Apologies in advance if this is the wrong forum for this one....

I'm a fan of RIAT and this year I have my tickets purchased already and have been looking at the website to check the aircraft participating in the "biggest military airshow in the world". The last few years it's been a cracking event.

Looking at the list of participating aircraft I notice that from the US military there is only 1 type due to be flying (F16s)!! Surely I've got it wrong, what no B52 landing, no F117A or B2B flypasts this year??

Someone tell me our pals from over the pond aren't operationally stretched this much!!!!

Anyone know what's going on?

Thanks all,

- Andy.
