It would be a good way to get more traffic to ski resorts in winter and hotspots for the summer. With fuel costs so high it would be better than simply putting on more flights. The load factor has been steady rising and was 91.2% in march and 85.2% in april. I am sure they could fill an extra 50 seats on a quarter of there routes.
how are they doing at getting extra slots at paris?

Well unablereqnavperf
Both the staff and public website, as well as the aviation business news, ALL quote 120 319s by 2007, with an option for 120 Airbus unspecified type thereafter.
..........and there are 42 (43 this week) already. As the company hit 100 aircraft 2 weeks ago, that was number 41 to arrive.
If that's wrong, then I read all the wrong articles and I can't count.

Flaps,
I've also repeatedly read that the ease with which the aircraft type could be substituted for any of the 318/319/320/321 family was a factor in the original order.
Considering we're already flying with four F/As because of the 156 seat config, and already have the two O/wing exits, 320s would seem to make sense.
I doubt 321s would figure though.

i believe Easy took the Bus order for the very reason they could change to the 320 after delivery of a certain amount of the 319. And i believe that money was paid to keep that option. That is why they didn't continue with Boeing as future expansion may mean that LGW would possible get the 320. getting the 321 would mean a big change to the company runnings, 20min turnaround on that thing no way!
