It was an expiriment by the goverment on
wide scale spraying of crops. This was only a test run with water though as the fields are still empty ofcourse...

You should report it to those conspiracy theorists who believe in governments spraying their citizens with chemicals from airliners. I believe they're called chemtrails. Try looking for a suitable site by Googling "chemtrails". They'll love that sort of story.
